5 of the best – Robbie Brady Goals

Goal 1 vs USA Team (Rep of Ireland 4 – 1 USA) –

In this man of the match performance, Brady scored his second goal of the night with a perfectly executed free-kick. In what has become somewhat of a trademark for the Irishman, Robbie effortlessly loops the ball over the wall and slots the ball in the top left corner – leaving the keeper with no chance.

Goal 2 vs Harrogate Town (Harrogate Town 0 – 5 Hull City) (Skip video to 0:40)

In this pre-season friendly against semi-professional outfit Harrogate Town, Brady showed great footwork to weave his way through several defenders and slot the ball home from just inside the box. Brady also used his less-favoured right foot to score in this goal.

Goal 3 vs Newcastle (Newcastle 2 – 3 Hull City)

This equalizing goal vs Newcastle United allowed Hull to eventually win the game 2-3. Brady provided the cool and calm end product to a great team move, even nut-megging Tim Krul in the process.

Goal 4 vs Watford (Watford 1 – 2 Hull City)

Another spectacular set-piece from the Irishman, which eventually became the winner of this tight affair with Watford. What the free-kick lacked in direction, it more than made up in power, with the effort beating the keeper and hitting the underside of the bar on it’s way to the net.

Goal 5 vs Reading (Reading 0 – 1 Hull City) (Skip to 0:35)

Another vital goal for the Tigers, as Robbie Brady proved the match winner once again. Although he was through on goal with no defenders in sight, Brady cooly slots the ball away, past the advancing keeper.
