After Kyle Lafferty’s departure earlier this week on Deadline Day, there were bound to be some choice words coming from various Twitter accounts. One such tweet was from David – who usually features in our fan interviews behind the N&P after every home match – and it’s fair to say there was an exchange of words between the two.

Well, to help clear it all up, David took the chance after the 4-0 win over Blackpool to explain and apologise, which you can find here. Later that evening, Kyle took the time to explain the reasoning behind his departure and other various points, which we’re extremely grateful for.
