# These Norwich fans want a change in formation for Liverpool clash

Norwich host Premier League leaders Liverpool at Carrow Road this weekend following a two-week break from action.

The Canaries have had [two weeks](https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/168/Show/England-Norwich) since their last Premier League outing against Newcastle, due to the new winter break in England.

They now come up against Liverpool, who have [won](https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/168/Show/England-Norwich) 24 of their 25 league matches this season. The Reds have only dropped points in [one match](https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/168/Show/England-Norwich), a draw away to Manchester United earlier in the campaign.

Daniel Farke will be boosted, however, by the return of [Ben Godfrey](https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/168/Show/England-Norwich). The England under-21 international has served his three-game ban after being sent off against Bournemouth and is now back in contention to play.

Christoph Zimmermann and Grant Hanley have been Norwich’s two centre-backs in the [three games](https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/168/Show/England-Norwich) Godfrey has been absent for, so it will be interesting to see if Farke opts to bring the youngster in.
