Norwich City have made an enquiry over a potential deal to sign Bolton midfielder Dennis Politic.
According to The Daily Mail, Norwich are interested in signing the midfielder on deadline day, as they look to wrap up their summer business.
The report claims that Norwich are looking to sign Lorient forward Alexis Claude-Maurice and Politic.

Could Politic be the next young star to make it at Carrow Road if they can get a deal over the line?

Politic spent the second-half of last season on loan to Salford in the National League, as he helped them win promotion to the Football League. He caught the eye by scoring an audacious goal from the half-way line during his time in Non-League.
The 19-year-old Romanian youth international also made his debut for Bolton’s first-team last weekend as he started in a 2-0 defeat to Wycombe in League One.
Norwich have built a strong reputation for bringing young players through, with Todd Cantwell, Max Aarons, Ben Godfrey and Jamal Lewis all playing key roles in the club’s Championship title win last season.
Politic is clearly highly rated, as suggested by Norwich’s interest and Bolton handing him a start, but would likely start in the under-23 squad – due to the current level he is playing at.
If Norwich can bring him in, he will have the best chance of progressing – so long as he puts in the performances in the under-23 side. He will know that Daniel Farke is willing to give him a chance, which could lead to him becoming the next young star to make the breakthrough in Norfolk.
