Norwich recently announced an exciting partnership with Tampa Bay, which will see them able to send promising young players to the States to gain valuable first-team football.

Richards is now the first to benefit from this relationship, as he moves abroad for the first time.

As part of the deal, Richards has put pen to paper on a new contract with Norwich. His contract now expires in the summer of 2021.
