# Our man of the match: Leeds United (A)

Norwich City moved to the top of the Championship table on Saturday as they beat Leeds 3-1 at Elland Road.

The Canaries came into the game behind Leeds in the table, but now sit above their rivals on goal difference.

Daniel Farke’s side had a dream start, as Mario Vrancic scored a free-kick in the 5th minute to put Norwich ahead.

Top scorer Teemu Pukki then added a second before half-time, converting from close range after a deflection sent it his way.

Vrancic then netted his second, and Norwich’s third, as he swept the ball in on the half-volley following good work from Jamal Lewis on the left.

Picking a man of the match has been easy, despite so many good performances on the pitch.

Our Norwich man of the match is… Mario Vrancic!

The Bosnian has been in sensational form for Norwich in the last month or so, with some vital goals and assists to keep the club in the promotion hunt.

He won numerous tackles and headers in the midfield and was superb at breaking up the play and winning the ball back for Norwich.

Moritz Leitner will have a hard time getting back into the team if Vrancic continues to perform like this.
