# Our man of the match: Reading (A)

Norwich City picked up their second win in a week as they beat Reading 2-1 away from home.

The Canaries were far the better team, despite Reading enjoying a spell of possession before their goal.

Teemu Pukki opened the scoring in the first-half with a fine finish after Todd Cantwell’s pass.

Reading equalised after pinball in the penalty area, only for Mario Vrancic to score seconds after the restart to put Norwich back in front.

Picking a man of the match for Norwich has been hard, with so many superb performances across the pitch.

Todd Cantwell, Marco Stiepermann, Teemu Pukki and Jamal Lewis were all in with a shout.

However, our Norwich man of the match is… Christoph Zimmermann!

The towering German defender was a colossus against Reading and was exceptional at the back.

He made a number of excellent interceptions and last-ditch tackles, along with his ability to pick passes out to set Norwich on the attack as well.

Two man of the match performances in-a-row for Zimmermann following the injury to Grant Hanley.
