# Does Godfrey deserve a chance in the league?

Coming into this season, many Norwich fans were excited about what Ben Godfrey could do for the club.

He had just come off the back of a superb loan spell at Shrewsbury in League One, where he was considered the best holding midfielder in the division.

However, since coming back to Norwich, Daniel Farke has decided that he is a central defender and is yet to give him a start in the league.

Godfrey has started two League Cup games this month, impressing in both the win over Stevenage and the win over Cardiff in central defence.

With Norwich having shipped an alarming amount of goals in the Championship so far this season, is it time for Godfrey to be given his chance in the league?
