# Norwich player ratings: Chelsea (A)

Norwich City were knocked out of the FA Cup by Chelsea on Wednesday, despite a valiant performance at Stamford Bridge.

The Canaries took the Premier League champions to a penalty shootout, after drawing 1-1 in normal time.

Chelsea ended the game with nine men as Alvaro Morata and Pedro were both sent off. The pair were sent off for two yellow cards, with each of them picking one up for diving.

Aside from the Chelsea theatrics, it was superb game of end-to-end football, with chances coming thick and fast.

The first-half ended 0-0, but both sides had crashed shots onto the crossbar. Danny Drinkwater saw his long-range drive excellently tipped onto the woodwork by Angus Gunn, before Nelson Oliveira grazed the bar with a effort from outside the box.

Chelsea took the lead, against the run of play, at the start of the second-half. Michy Batshuayi was on end to convert from close range.

19-year-old Jamal Lewis then produced a magical moment, as he headed in a 94th minute equaliser to send the game to extra-time.

Norwich defended well to take the game to penalties, but Chelsea scored all five of their spot-kicks and won 5-4.

Here is how we rated the Canaries…
