# Norwich 0-0 Chelsea: Four things we learned

Norwich City defended stoutly to hold [Chelsea](https://readchelsea.com/) to a 0-0 draw at Carrow Road on Saturday.

The Canaries held the [Premier League](https://readpl.com/) champions to a draw, forcing a replay at Stamford Bridge later this month.

Christoph Zimmermann, Timm Klose and Grant Hanley lined up at the back for Norwich, keeping out wave after wave of [Chelsea](https://readchelsea.com/) attacks.

The closest Norwich came to scoring was when Josh Murphy beat Antonio Rudiger on the left and flashed a cross-cum-shot across the face of goal.

[Chelsea](https://readchelsea.com/) failed to create many clear-cut chances, with Norwich’s defence standing firm.

Angus Gunn made one big save, when he got down quickly to turn a shot from Willian around the post for a corner.

Here are four things we learned from Norwich’s draw with Chelsea…
