# Cardiff 0-1 Norwich: Rating the Canaries

Norwich recorded an impressive away win today as they beat Cardiff 1-0 in Wales.

The Canaries travelled to Cardiff in need of three points to keep up their assault on the play-offs as they look to have turned a corner from their abysmal winter form.

Alex Neil’s side won the game through a header from ex-Cardiff striker Cameron Jerome – who scored his third goal in four matches.

The striker dived to head the ball into the corner after an excellent set-piece delivery from Wes Hoolahan.

The win lifts Norwich up to seventh in the Championship table and only three points behind Sheffield Wednesday in the standings. Norwich have a superior goal difference.

Mitchell Dijks and Yanic Wildschut both started and made their debuts for Norwich as the duo impressed in front of the away fans for the first time.

Here is how we rated the duo, and their teammates, after today’s win…
