# Leeds v Norwich (EFL Cup): Predicting the Canaries

Norwich City travel to face Leeds tonight as they look to progress into the next round of the EFL Cup.

A win for Norwich will see them in the pot for the quarter-final draw tomorrow night – a feat they have not managed since 2012, when they lost 4-1 to Aston Villa at Carrow Road.

Alex Neil is likely to field a strong side, whilst resting some key players ahead of Saturday’s match against Brighton away.

Norwich beat Everton 2-0 in the previous round, with Steven Naismith and Josh Murphy scoring the goals for the Canaries.

Neil does have a number of injury problems to contend with, however. Jonny Howson has been ruled out until next year with injury, whilst Youssouf Mulumbu and Matt Jarvis remain long-term absentees as well.

Steven Whittaker is also out of contention as he continues to recover from a minor knock.

So, here is how Norwich could line-up…
