# Twitter reacts: Kyle Lafferty leaving

So, Lafferty. He has finally left the club. Well, only on loan.

Lafferty has signed for Championship side Birmingham City on loan until the end of the season.

It is fair to say that he was like Marmite at Norwich, you either loved him or you hated him. There didn’t seem to be any middle ground on the Lafferty situation.

In my opinion, I didn’t like him as a player and didn’t want him to play. However, I liked his personality. Yet, people have been calling for him to play and it seems as though they have been basing their opinion on their like for him as a person.

There have been plenty of people sad to see Lafferty leave, although there has also been a number of people rejoice in seeing the back of Lafferty.

So, here is how people on Twitter have reacted to the deal, Birmingham and Norwich fans alike:

> Twitter: @DanEmery07 he’ll be back fitter and stronger next year, he will be a wanted man after the euros!!!! (@EthannWells)
