Norwich’s clash with Barnsley postponed
Norwich’s clash with Barnsley, that was set to take place on Saturday, has been postponed.
The club have confirmed that, following a pitch inspection on Friday, the game has been cancelled and will be replayed at a later date.
The Canaries have only lost one of their last ten matches in the Championship, which has included a run of four draws in-a-row.
Bolton, Wolves, Ipswich and Derby have all held Norwich to draws in succession, with Norwich looking to turn their draws into wins in the coming weeks.
With this postponement, Norwich’s next match is set to be away to Nottingham Forest next Tuesday.
Daniel Farke will now have longer to prepare his team for the clash with Forest and for any players with knocks to recover in time for the next match.
