Maddison was also in the running for the Young Player of the Year award in the Championship, but was pipped to the accolade by Fulham’s young starlet Ryan Sessegnon.
The English midfielder has 15 goals and 11 assists for Norwich across all competitions this season and has been a standout in a poor season for the Canaries.
The likes of Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham are already thought to be interested in signing Maddison at the end of the season.
Norwich reportedly want a fee in the region of £25m to let Maddison move on in the summer.
