Norwich City head coach Daniel Farke is not concerned by talk of James Maddison leaving this summer.
Maddison has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs, including Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham.
The English midfielder is currently away on under-21 duty with England, but has been in magnificent form for Norwich this season.
The 21-year-old has 14 goals in ten assists in all competitions for Norwich this season, and has created more chances than anyone in Europe’s top five leagues.
Maddison recently scored his first ever senior hat-trick, netting three in the first-half of a 4-3 defeat to Hull.

Despite talk of him leaving, Daniel Farke is relaxed about the situation. Here is what he said to the Pink’Un:
I think about my own life as a coach, I always fulfilled my contract.
Even when I had other options and I was always allowed to do that – which is not easy in the coaching business.
I am not naïve.
I know what can happen in this business and if James grows even quicker than the club there will be interest in the future and he might have to move.
But it will be a situation where it works for him and us at the right moment.
He has a contract which he signed. I am not concerned.
Life is too short to worry about losing someone.
I know we have him here for the next months and I can enjoy working with him.
