The academy graduate has been in good form for the Canaries this season, establishing himself as a valuable member of the club’s first-team squad under Daniel Farke.
German boss Farke explored his options to play at left-back, including the likes of James Husband, but unearthed a gem in Lewis and the defender has continued to progress in recent months.
Lewis has nailed down the left-back spot at Norwich and will be desperate to carry on as he has done, enabling him to gain international recognition on a regular basis.
Northern Ireland will go head to head with Korea Republic in under two weeks and Lewis will be desperate to feature for his country at senior level for the first time in his career.
