Our man of the match: Bristol City (A)
Norwich City produced an excellent away performance to win 1-0 against Bristol City on Saturday.
The Canaries are now five games unbeaten in all competitions, with a trip to Chelsea coming up in midweek.
James Maddison scored with 11 minutes to go to seal the win for Norwich, who deserved the three points.
The away side had all the clear-cut chances in the match, with Nelson Oliveira, Josh Murphy and Grant Hanley all coming close.
Murphy almost opened the scoring in the first-half, albeit for a clearance off the line from a Bristol City defender.
Angus Gunn did, however, make an excellent stop in injury time to preserve the clean sheet and the three points.
Maddison now has eight goals and eight assists in all competitions for Norwich this season, as he continues to flourish under Daniel Farke.
Picking a man of the match has been difficult, with a number of excellent performances across the park.
Christoph Zimmermann, James Maddison, Timm Klose, Jamal Lewis, Angus Gunn and Grant Hanley were all in the mix.
But, our Norwich man of the match is… Mario Vrancic!
The Bosnian midfielder was excellent in the heart of the midfield, playing quick, one-touch, passes to set Norwich on their way.
He also created the goal with a sublime pass to Ivo Pinto in the build-up, leading to Maddison’s eventual winner.
