Norwich rejected a £5m offer from Huddersfield earlier this week, but have now conceded defeat in their efforts to keep him.
Pritchard has one goal and two assists for Norwich in the Championship this season, though he only returned to action in December.
The midfielder was nursing an injury for the first few months of the season, having picked up a knock in pre-season.
Norwich signed Pritchard in the summer of 2016 from Tottenham for a fee in the region of £8.5m. This deal represents a marginal profit on the 24-year-old.
