Lincoln boss Danny Cowley has been full of praise for defender Sean Raggett as the defender returns to his parent club Norwich City.
Raggett, 24, was signed by Daniel Farke in August in a deal believed to be worth around £350,000, with a clause in the deal allowing the defender to return to Lincoln on loan.
Talking to the media, Cowley was full of praise for his former defender.
You can’t replace Sean Raggett, not as a player and not as a person. If I find a player with a better mentality and a bigger will to win before my managerial career ends, then I’ll be a lucky manager.
The defender has continued his impressive form and has helped Lincoln up the table and in the hunt for automatic promotion from League Two, after being crowned champions in the National League last year.
Raggett also played a key part in the Imps’ famous FA Cup run last year and netted the winning goal against Premier League side Burnley in front of the travelling Lincoln fans.
The defender will be looking to break into Farke’s starting line-up in the coming weeks, as he looks set to link up with his new teammates this week.
