Norwich City found their grove again on Saturday as they beat Birmingham 1-0 at Carrow Road.

The Canaries needed to bounce back after losing their last two games, conceding eight goals in the process.

Daniel Farke made sure his team was solid at the back, boosted by the return of Timm Klose from injury.

The Swiss international was not only pivotal at the back, but going forward as well as he set-up the only goal of the game.

Klose’s cross-cum-shot was poked in by the studs of Nelson Oliveira in the fourth minute – the only goal of the game.

Christoph Zimmermann and Klose formed a fine partnership at the heart of the defence, with neither Russell Martin nor Marcel Franke in the matchday squad.

The day was topped off by Grant Hanley coming on his debut in the final moments, although he was unable to touch the ball in his fleeting appearance.
