According to TuttoSport, Norwich are one of three teams to have made contact over the potential signing of Torino midfielder Joel Obi.
The report claims that Torino are prepared to sell Obi this summer after he failed to make much of an impact last season.
Obi was only able to muster 12 Serie A appearances last season and ten the year before that.
His contract expires in 2019 and it appears unlikely, at this time, that he has done enough to earn a new deal.
TuttoSport claim that Norwich, Las Palmas and Thessaloniki have all made contact with Torino to discuss a potential deal.
However, no fee has been mentioned as of yet.
Norwich Sporting Director Stuart Webber said after the sale of Jonny Howson that the club would sign a replacement.
Fan favourite Howson was sold to Championship rivals Middlesbrough but his replacement has yet to arrive.
The club signed left-back James Husband on Tuesday, with a few more additions expected in the coming weeks.
