Norwich are interested in a move for Union Berlin defender Toni Leistner, according to Berlin Sport.
The report claims that Norwich are keen on signing the central defender this summer, who is valued at €3.5m.
They claim Norwich want to bring in the defender to strengthen their side ahead of a promotion push for next season, intimating that the club want to sign Leistner as a starting player.
Christoph Zimmermann signed for Norwich earlier this summer but is expected to be a back-up option to the starting centre-backs this season.
Timm Klose and Russell Martin are the only other central defenders at the club, but Martin is set to be replaced in the XI ahead of the new season.
Leistner has one year left on his current deal with Berlin, which could tempt them in to selling the defender.
He is 26-years-old and has been with Berlin since 2014, racking up 74 league appearances in that time.
