Norwich trying to sell McGovern
Norwich City will continue to try to sell Michael McGovern this summer, despite having sold Declan Rudd to Preston.
The club announced on Tuesday that Rudd will be officially signing for Championship club Preston on July 1st, leaving the club he has been at since he was ten.
This leaves Norwich with Angus Gunn (on loan), Michael McGovern and Paul Jones as the club’s senior ‘keepers.
Despite this, Norwich are looking to sell McGovern, according to PA journalist Nick Mashiter.

McGovern joined Norwich on a free transfer from Hamilton at the start of last season and managed to oust John Ruddy out of the team on several occasions.
However, he was never able to nail down his place for a prolonged period of games, with his career at Carrow Road now looking to be over.
He was linked with a move to Rotherham earlier this month.
