According to Sky Sports, Cardiff City are in advanced talks to sign Norwich City striker Kyle Lafferty.
The report says that Cardiff are deep into negotiations with Norwich over the signing of Lafferty. It suggests that the move is a permanent transfer, with a loan move to Cardiff having been previously touted.
Lafferty is currently out of favour at Norwich, with their being a clear dislike of him from the manager Alex Neil. Despite Cameron Jerome’s injury, midfielder Steven Naismith was chosen ahead of him to start up front for Norwich against Birmingham yesterday.

The Northern Irishman scored against Coventry in the League Cup last Tuesday but, with Norwich signing Nelson Oliveira, he looks set to fall further down the pecking order.
Cardiff will need to complete the deal before tomorrow night, when the transfer window comes to a close at midnight. Norwich may also look to sign another striker before letting Lafferty leave.
