Forest receive bids for Assombalonga and Lansbury
According to the Nottingham Post, Nottingham Forest have received bids for Britt Assombalonga and Henri Lansbury.
The report states that the pair have been subject of bids from other clubs, but does not name which clubs. This means that Norwich City could be the club in question.
Assombalonga and Lansbury are thought to be targets of Norwich City, with interest in Assombalonga this summer and interest in Lansbury last season.
Norwich have been linked with Assombalonga a number of times this summer, but are yet to make any real move for the forward. The prolific goalscorer was reportedly subject of a £7m bid from Norwich, which was seen as far too low.
Lansbury is certainly one that Norwich fans have been calling for recently. The talented central midfielder had a loan spell at Norwich during the 2010/11 season, scoring four times in 24 Championship games.
The report also says, however, that Forest are unwilling to sell, so it may not matter either way.
