Mbokani’s contract with Kiev expires next month and he is not expected to be handed a new contract by the Ukrainian team as the strikers eyes up a permanent exit.

Norwich signed Mbokani on loan from Kiev at the start of the Premier League season, with the forward scoring an impressive seven times from just 15 Premier League starts. However, he was unable to keep Norwich in the top-flight, as they were relegated to the Championship.
There was an option in the loan for Norwich to sign Mbokani for £5.5m, but Norwich are not expected to exercise it after their relegation. However, with Mbokani being available on a free transfer, could Alex Neil be tempted to lure him back?
