Just as a sidenote, there wasn’t a single player that started the match who was not in contention to win man of the match. All 11 players out on the pitch were superb today.

A fantastic away win and our first clean sheet on the road this season, it couldn’t have gone much better, bar a few more goals.

There were a number of good performers as I said, all 11 were good. Gary O’Neil was good in the second half, Martin Olsson, Matt Jarvis, Dieumerci Mbokani, Jonny Howson, Robbie Brady and Patrick Bamford all impressed.

However, there was only one player in my mind; Timm Klose.

It would have been easy to give it to Brady because he scored but his overall game wasn’t as good as Klose’s.

The commanding Swiss defender was immense throughout the match and didn’t give Salomon Rondon or Saido Berahino a sniff of a chance during the game.

I gave him man of the match last week and claimed he is the best defender Norwich have ever signed, I certainly think a few more fans will be thinking that after his performance against The Baggies.

Klose simply wins everything. Every cross into the box seems to find his head, it is something Norwich had been seriously lacking in the first half of the season; someone to sense danger and clear the ball.

I’m starting to run out of superlatives for him so I will leave you with one more; saviour.
