According to Tuttomercato, Norwich City are in pole position to land Leicester City defender Yohan Benalouane.
The 28-year-old Tunisian defender has struggled for game time at Leicester this season, due to their incredible form, and is looking for a move to get some game time. Norwich could be just the place.
With Norwich’s defence having been in woeful form all season, Alex Neil has set out all window to improve the quality of his defence. The Scotsman has already required Ivo Pinto from Dinamo Zagreb and Timm Klose from Wolfsburg and is reportedly looking at a third defender this month.
Benalouane has played just four Premier League games this season as Leicester sit top of the Premier League and has been linked with a loan move to the Serie A. However, he would prefer a loan move to the Premier League and Norwich are ready to pay the loan fee Leicester want.
