The Telegraph are linking Norwich with a sensational move for wantaway West Brom striker Saido Berahino.
The 21-year-old was subject to interest from Tottenham Hotspur during the summer, and the striker said that he would never play for club chairman Jeremy Peace again. He has featured for West Brom since then, however, his attitude has been widely criticised by his manager, leading to him featuring mostly on the bench so far this season.
Norwich are not alone in their interest in Berahino, with strugglers Newcastle United also showing ‘tentative interest’. Tottenham Hotspur are also thought to be continuing their pursuit of the Englishman.
Berahino has scored three times in his 15 appearances this season and has scored in both the games he was relegated to the reserves for.
West Brom currently sit 12th in the Premier League, having taken 26 points from 20 games. They have already faced Norwich twice this season, with Norwich being 3-0 in the Capital One Cup clash between the sides, however, West Brom came out on top when the teams met in the league.
