L’Equipe are reporting today that Norwich have been in talks with the agent of Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda over a possible January switch.
Mandanda, who is out of contract at Marseille in the Summer, has also been linked with a few clubs in England, including fellow strugglers Aston Villa and Newcastle United.

The 30-year-old has a wealth of experience at both club and international level. Mandanda signed for Marseille permanently in 2008 and has made over 280 appearances for the club, including playing at European level in the UEFA Champions League. He also has an impressive 21 caps for the French national team, being in the squad that reached the knockout rounds at the 2014 Fifa World Cup.
Could Mandanda be about to swap the South of France for Norfolk? It is a possibility, however, Mandanda does dream of a move to Liverpool, and his agent has spoken to the club but it is believed that Klopp is looking to Germany to strengthen his Goalkeeping options.
